1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of atomhumanoid.org (the "Service") operated by Atom (2-7-1 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0064, Japan). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tokyo, Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
